Project Submission
A simplified submission process
The preparation of a good proposal is extremely demanding and time
consuming. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to submit a notification of
intent to the Office of the President prior to embarking in the
preparation of a full proposal. The notification of intent (a 3-page maximum document) will
summarize the objective of the proposal, a short statement of impact, the
milestones and the budget summary. If the Executive Board confirms the
eligibility of the proposed project, the applicant will be invited to submit a
full proposal and a code number certifying this eligibility will be assigned.
Note that for professors and staff members of a given institution, all
notification of intent and
subsequent applications that did not receive the approval of the school
Principal or its designated representative will not be considered by the
Foundation. More importantly, it should be noted that a subsequent
invitation by the Executive Board to submit an application is not a guarantee of
success. Please consult the sample notification of intent below.
To submit a full proposal, carefully fill out the
form assigned to your proposal
category [Forms]. An incomplete proposal will be automatically rejected.
